Our activities extend to the PMS, where we manage all revenue-related settings connected to the Booking Engine and Channel Manager, such as package mapping, rate plans, services, and more. We also conduct constant competitor checks, adjusting pricing strategies to maintain the property’s position and competitiveness in the market.

We supervise all contracts with Tour Operators (TO), Wholesalers (WS), and OTAs, ensuring details remain up to date and maintaining ongoing communication with contract managers to support performance analysis and future development. On your property’s official website, we implement revenue strategies aimed at increasing direct bookings and reducing dependency on third-party channels.
Whenever beneficial, we suggest, negotiate, and activate new distribution channels to boost visibility and sales. We work closely with the marketing team to integrate new promotional packages on the website, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Key goals are regularly shared with ownership and the reception team, enabling us to collaboratively explore new strategies and assess performance, sales trends, and market positioning. We also offer ongoing remote support via phone or email for your team regarding revenue and reservations management.
To ensure transparency and strategic alignment, we prepare weekly and monthly statistics that analyze consolidated revenue and on-the-books data, helping monitor progress toward shared monthly and annual budgets. We also manage the activation and administration of FIT contracts and new partnerships, including static-rate connections when necessary, and provide support in drafting the annual budget alongside ownership. All actions and decisions are consistently aligned and agreed upon with the Hotel’s Property to guarantee cohesive and effective revenue development.
